Dentist Jason Chen is AMAZING, he has done several difficult procedures on me and talks his way through them. Each one has turned out perfect. He really knows what he's doing. Staff is great. 5 out of 5 would 100% recommend them each time. Today, at my procedure i questioned the taste of the water they flushed my mouth out with (tasted like battery acid) Dr explained they put tablets in the water lines because they don't trust Dallas water (me neither!) but since it was the first appt they said it hadn't ran through thoroughly. I told him it was burning my throat and tongue and he let me flush my mouth out and the team flushed the tubing line out for a few minutes and proceeded. The entire process was easy going. The environment is catered to you from the music you'd like to listen to, music streaming app, to YouTube videos. I was scared of the dentist due to having a high tolerance for numbing. Simply put, my mouth doesn't numb well. Rest assured, Mint dentistry had me in there not feeling a thing upon getting two teeth pulled. I think the best thing overall was the post op surgery instructions card they give you. It really tells you how to care for yourself regarding the surgery, afterwards. Overall, I loved it! I'd recommend the location to any and everyone. More

Great dental assistants that walk you through the each step. The doctor is very thorough and detailed with what he is doing, and summarizes everything for you at the end of the procedure. It was my first root canal and I was so scared but it was a great experience and had nothing to fear after all! More

Friendly, Fast & Efficient! I walked into a nice, relaxing lounge area and made an appointment for a few days later ... not weeks! Kristin is genuinely nice, friendly and helpful! She's kept me informed of appointments thru texts! 👍 At my consultation appt Emily took xrays and made me feel at ease. Dr W____ did my exam and was very thorough and explained what I needed. Kristin went over my insurance and payment. I returned a few days later and had my teeth cleaned. The dental hygienist did a thorough cleaning with no discomfort. Dr Chen filled a couple of teeth where the enamel was worn off. I was feeling anxious, but he's super nice and I'm pleased with my teeth. I had no cavities (thanks to my sonicare toothbrush) like I was told by another dentist. And, it turns out my insurance will pay for more than just a regular cleaning. Another thing I was told by that dentist. I've always gone to a dentist with a private practice ..... However, I am absolutely loving having a team of professionals who are friendly, supportive and thorough! I've found my new place for all my dental needs! I drove over an hour away from home to visit this office for the first time specifically to see Dr. Bellan, who a friend recommended to me, and I’m so glad that I did. Dr. Bellan is the most thorough and kind of any of the doctors I’ve visited with at Mint Orthodontics for Invisalign. She was able to figure out why a stubborn space in my teeth wasn’t closing properly and explained it to me for the first time. If she had been my doctor to begin with, I would’ve saved a lot of time and appointments trying to figure out what the problem was. Lovely office staff and very clean atmosphere as well. We have been going to Mint for 6 years. We have never had a problem. We started at the Grapevine location, but we moved to Aubrey, so we visit the Frisco location for our dental needs and now the McKinney location for my son's braces. We are pleased with the McKinney location. We are always greeted with a smile from start to finish. Everything is explained and done quickly and efficiently. Every time I go, I haven't had to wait longer that 15 minutes. It is clean. Yes the bathroom is clean! Staff is wonderful. My only issue and I really think its because of the location, is there's no privacy. It's one big room with 4 chairs... You are literally next to other patients. You can hear what is going on. It didn't bother me too much but I don't blame the staff for the construction of the building. Otherwise staff, service, cleanliness is awesome. I love this location. More

I’m embarrassed to say that I have avoided the dentist for over a decade... I’ve always hated how it felt and the family dentist I saw growing up always made me feel stupid and incapable, so I stopped going as an adult. For years since moving to Dallas I’ve heard good things about Mint and today I went for my first exam and cleaning. They were understanding, compassionate, and easy to work with. Got me all numbed up and on the nitrous oxide so I could relax and not feel much discomfort at all. Best of all they didn’t beat me down and make me feel bad, they simply made professional recommendations for what I can do better. I have several things I need to get done to get my teeth back to the beautiful smile I used to have, but they were very easy to work with in explaining what needs to be done, breaking things up into several visits that will be budget friendly, while prioritizing the more important stuff. I’ll definitely be back again, and if you’re in a similar situation to me or just looking for a new dentist, then I highly recommend checking out Mint!! I don’t regret it and neither will you! More

We are on vacation from MN and my sons braces wire popped off and was digging in to his cheek. We stopped in just to get some wax and they offered to clip his wire on the spot and take care of him. This Dentist office is hands down the best!! I walked into the office & was instantly greeted with such joy by the two ladies at the front desk! I’ve been going to mint dentistry for 2 years now, and I can honestly say it’s the best dental service I’ve ever had . The Cedar Hill location in my opinion is the best . One employee in particular by the name of Deon Edwards has probably the best customer service I’ve ever received. He’s literally helped me every step of the way , from setting up all my appointments, to even just checking in and seeing if there was anything needed to be done to assist me with my tooth pain . Mint Dentistry was the first and only dentist I have gone to since moving to Houston. I have been going to Mint Dentistry since about 2015. I love them. I have been going to the Pasadena location since about 2016 and plan to continue. I tend to book the earlier morning appts because I have experienced high wait times otherwise. Sometimes you see the same Dr each visit sometimes you don't, but each Dr that has examined my teeth was professional, genuine, and took good care of me and my pearly whites. I enjoy listening to the Christian music in the waiting room as well. At Mint Dentistry, I feel I am taken care of and feel that my teeth will continue to remain in good hands. More

Had a great experience. Did most of my paperwork online prior to my visit. The team at the South Arlington location made my visit comfortable and they had me in and out pretty quick. Did a great job on my cleaning and were very professional while still providing a relaxed atmosphere. Can pick music on Pandora or watch Netflix. Great group of people at mint. Real comfortable there. I used to go to Jefferson dental which I Would never use again. They put money over quality and don't value a person's time. I sat in a chair for 4 hours at Jefferson dental for a cleaning and one extraction because they chose to fill up all chairs and have only one dentist taking care of 6 patients . She would go to each patient for about 15 to 20 minutes at a time. When she came back to me the fifth time to start the extraction she was sweating over me and obviously tired and overwhelmed I told her to stop and not worry about it. You won't have any issues here at mint they take care of you right away and when they start something they finish it. I went into this location for my 6 month cleaning & check up and had told Ryan & Dr. Ellis, I was having some tenderness on my left side after eating way too much candy. After, taking some X-rays it was determined that I needed 4 fillings. However, decay had got to the root on one of the teeth and I need a root canal. I’ve had HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES with prior dentist and root canals, so I was actually terrified when getting the news that I needed another one. Dr. M and Lesley were my dream team. They took extremely good care of me, checking on me every step of the way.
