I’ve been coming to Elmsworth location for almost 2 years now. Joy and Lilly the dental nurses are helpful, educational and they try their best to make me feel comfortable during my treatments. Erika the hygienist is the only person I go to for my teeth cleaning,ALWAYS! Ask for Dr.T.Nguyen(the main dentist I attend to,very straightforward) or Dr A(she does more of the costmetic work). More

I've been a patient for 5 years and have had excellent experiences. The overall care of my teeth is important along with the customer service. When Whitney H. greets you, you automatically relax with the warmth of her smile. She takes the time to give you a better understanding of the services you'll be receiving during your visit. I highly RECOMMEND MINT to my family and friends. At first people are a little shocked and hesitant but understand why I'm willing to leave positive comments after their first appointment. More

I haven’t been to the dentist in over 2 years, I was super nervous coming in for my check up and cleaning but Dr Abisogun made me feel so heard and comfortable. Dr Abisogun sat down and went over everything with me and explained all my questions. She had so much patience for a Doctor I felt like I was being heard and not rushed for my money. I L VE this office! Let me start by saying… I felt my credit cards, phone, Drivers License and medical insurance at home. The staff had everything needed in my records. I live in Missouri City so to drive back would have had me extremely late to my appt. Thank Goodness the staff was so kind to hv my file up to date and my insurance already checked. I secondly want to speak about my nurse Joy. She was AMAZING!!! She made me feel safe, comfortable ( I hate going to the dentist) and as an individual. She took care of “ME”. She made “Me” feel like I wasn’t just another patient, but an person with needs. To me, that’s very important. To know that she cared for only Me, and not just a patient chart. She listened patiently and was very attentive. We talked and we laughed… like friends catching up on lost time. She didn’t hurt my mouth at all during examination ( I hv a small mouth and the agony of those internal devices…”take me now Lawd!!”😂😂😂) I could not believe, after all these years…no pain…who knew🤷🏾‍♀️ Next, My Dentist said…”No Cavities!!” 🎉🎉 (🗣️YASSSSS!!!…Won’t He Do It💃🏽) Lastly my Orthodontist Erica, that baby, cleaned my teeth like Molly Maids!!! Time has pasted since my last Mint Dentistry visit . I’m a heavy morning coffee drinker so, the back of my teeth were VERY Stained. I’ve had this issue in the past and my cleanings were always ok. The stains were never totally gone. Then, today, I finally had time to look at the back of my teeth ( the cleaning was yesterday) and when I tell you Erica “CLEAN CLEANED” my teeth! Not one stain to be found! I was shocked! Literally Shocked!! The work this AMAZING Beautiful Soul did for me was unbelievable! Of course, being an Orthodontist, she schooled me on the importance of having a 6 month check up. I’m 50 years old with kids (older than her) and I found myself saying “Yes Ma’am… I promise to do better” 😂😂😂 I let her know that I only wanted to see her (if I’m to come every 6 months). I don’t want anyone else cleaning my teeth. She is truly the G.O.A.T. in her field and I commend her. I hv great respect for the attention to detail, her kindness and her caring ( in my culture, we’d call her Big Mama ) to the smiles of every patients she lays her magical hands on! The entire process was easy going. The environment is catered to you from the music you'd like to listen to, music streaming app, to YouTube videos. I was scared of the dentist due to having a high tolerance for numbing. Simply put, my mouth doesn't numb well. Rest assured, Mint dentistry had me in there not feeling a thing upon getting two teeth pulled. I think the best thing overall was the post op surgery instructions card they give you. It really tells you how to care for yourself regarding the surgery, afterwards. Overall, I loved it! I'd recommend the location to any and everyone. More

We are on vacation from MN and my sons braces wire popped off and was digging in to his cheek. We stopped in just to get some wax and they offered to clip his wire on the spot and take care of him. Finally Iesha cleaned my teeth to the high heavens I literally felt like a new woman once she finished, she even give me excellent tips on oral habits that I haven't be given before. Updates: I have come to talked to the receptionist at Mint and learned that they did not know anything about the notification of closure on Monday on which I got the notification before my appointment. I still came on Monday and they were happy to take me in. The service was exceptional and everyone was so courteous and accommodating. I will definitely come back. Thank you Veronica for helping me and Dr. Nguyen for providing treatments. Thank you very much Mint dental. Three attempts to make a single appointment with Mint but never seems to work well as I expected. First off, I made an appointment online with the Greenway location. I even finished paperwork and provided insurance info beforehand. They even called back to confirm the appointment. I ended up going there learning they couldn't take new patient at the time of my appointment online (5pm), then they were blaming the online appointment is still new and not reliable, blaming the person who called me were from the corporate office and they didn't have no idea what was going on in the actual dentist office. Ok, I understand the problem here. Miscommunication and conflicts of schedules between the office hours and online. Second, I made an appointment with the Greenway location again and they suggested me to go the Elmsworth location. They even called to book an appointment for me. The girl said I could come in the afternoon. She sent me paperwork to fill out again and ask me to provide my insurance info. After sending a text message of confirmation. I hang up and got a phone call from the Elmsworth location, saying that they couldn't accept me at that time because it was fully booked... I mean, didn't the lady earlier check with y'all to make an appointment for me just a minute ago??? So I remained calm...and rescheduled to the week after since I had to work every day. 3 days later, Friday, they called me when I was at work, notified me that they'd be closing the office on Monday, the day I had the THIRD ATTEMPT of appointment with them, and asked me to RESCHEDULE AGAIN!!! I mean... is it just me? Am I that unlucky that y'all always reschedule me on the last minute??? If I had 0 star to give you and the Greenway location, I would be glad to do it because it's not how it works. I need some explanation for this problem. At least double-checking with the dentists or something before booking an appointment for a patient so you don't have to call back and forth to cancel it when you can't make it! More

The hospitality was beyond excellent, although they didn’t supply the BEATS headphones as advertised, they did have the massage chairs and the staff was very nice.
