Long post alert! I had my first visit with Dr. Walia and her team last Friday, and they truly exceeded my expectations. 10/10 - I absolutely LOVE IT HERE! The office is clean, aesthetically pleasing and the staff is not only friendly but also incredibly helpful and professional. Special thanks to Toukie, who assisted me at check-in and got me in quickly even with me running a little behind; Keisha, who did my X-rays and also got me settled in the massage chair for my cleaning and had the tunes going for me on Pandora. She had me laughing the whole time—her passion for her role really shows; Cori, who walked me through my dental hygiene plan and performed my cleaning. She made everything clear, and I had the best cleaning I've ever had—no pain, which I've struggled with in the past at other offices. Dr. Walia was so sweet, knowledgeable, and reassured me that I would be able to get my smile back perfect. It's clear she genuinely cares for her patients, and I'm so happy to be one of them. I also visited the ortho side, and Emily at check-in was the sweetest as well. David, another hygienist tech, was kind, empathetic, and really listened to my concerns. He made me feel so much more comfortable and less embarrassed about my situation. Dr. Wegley was straightforward, which I really appreciate, and he gave me the best recommendations. I was so relieved to find out I didn’t need unnecessary surgeries that I had been advised to get at another office. I also received a dental hygiene bag, which I haven’t gotten since I was a kid Ha! Even got some cute ChapStick and lip-gloss. I am overly excited about my dental journey with this team. They have already earned a special place in my heart.
