Me and my husband started doing Invisalign with them. They are always so accommodating to get us scheduled at the same time. When we had our baby they didn’t mind that we had to bring him to our visits with us and then when we moved out of state they still helped us out by mailing us our new trays when they could. Overall we have had a really enjoyable experience and appreciate the many accommodations they have given us. We love working with Robbie and Carrie! More

Mint Orthodontics in Richardson at the Crosby Office is the absolute (BEST) I went in this morning to smiling faces that said (GOOD MORNING) I am a happy person and that really made me smile. I also didn’t have to wait long at all, to be called to the back. Once I got to the back I seen more beautiful smiling faces. We all talked amongst each other, I was met by a very nice dentist who gave me a much needed pep talk and told me that if I keep my appointments every 6 weeks and wear my rubber bands for the next 6 months my treatment will be completed. I needed to hear that! My Dental Assistant also helped me pick out beautiful lite pink rubber bands for Valentines Day, showed me where and how to place my rubber bands on my brackets. Once done she scheduled me for my next 6 weeks appt and allowed me to check the time and confirm it. We both smiled at each other and they all told me to enjoy the rest of my day. Once leaving both of the receptionist told me to have a great day as well!! Such a lovely Office with great staff and the decor is lovely. The front office staff was so kind and helpful when entering the building. I loved the ambiance, plenty of parking in the garage but busy on the street. The orthodontist assistant was a little rough on removing my braces but I was satisfied with the results. Keep in mind that it's very sensitive when they remove your braces so be ready when you end up going. I recommend this location, Duncanville was attentive too! More

I drove over an hour away from home to visit this office for the first time specifically to see Dr. Bellan, who a friend recommended to me, and I’m so glad that I did. Dr. Bellan is the most thorough and kind of any of the doctors I’ve visited with at Mint Orthodontics for Invisalign. She was able to figure out why a stubborn space in my teeth wasn’t closing properly and explained it to me for the first time. We are on vacation from MN and my sons braces wire popped off and was digging in to his cheek. We stopped in just to get some wax and they offered to clip his wire on the spot and take care of him. I highly recommend this place for orthodontic work. Dr. Dao is the best doctor I have ever seen. I wish more doctors are like him --patient-centered, other than money-centered. Nowadays it's hard to find a doctor in clinics that cares about what you genuinely need instead of recommending lots of expensive treatment plans or medications to maximize their profit. I went to this place for Invisalign, their price is way better than the other quotes from other dentist offices. Besides, Dr. Dao is very patient to hear about my issues and concerns, and use his professional knowledge and experiences to make the best plan that suits my condition instead of going for the most expensive one. What almost turned out to be a problem ended being the best experience so far. I was pleasantly surprised when Dr. Stephanie called me after I had problem with setting up appointment. My son had just got lower set of braces that broke but receptionist gave me two options to come in: 10 a.m. or in two weeks. A.M was out of questions since I work full-time job, but Dr. Stephanie called me the next day and offered me to come in after my work and she stayed later that day. Now that's an absolutely fantastic doctor. Very rare finding in today's medical field of blown up snobs of physicians. I would definetly recommend her to everyone who needs orthodontist. More

After consultations from two other orthodontist, I was so discouraged. I refused to get metal braces and wanted to try the invisalign treatments. I left my appointment with tears of joy in my eyes! Long story short, my family couldn’t afford orthodontic care when I was younger and as an adult I’ve taken care of my teeth religiously, but never been satisfied with my smile… I legit do NOT smile on purpose. After countless referrals to Ortho I’ve always put it off, fearing the price tag. I finally decided to follow up on my referral and today was blown away by my experience. The level of care and attention that everyone gave me was phenomenal. Dr. Chris was kind, knowledgeable and assured me I was a candidate for Invisalign and it would be a process, but to bare with him and work through it together. Now the end of my visit, the dreaded price tag I had feared, by the way it was a very competitive offer compared to prices I’ve researched, but the best part was they offer in house financing, no interest monthly payments… At that moment all my fears went away. I’ve signed and now just waiting for my first trays to come in 3 weeks. Thank you Mint Dentistry!!! I must say this location is very nice and professional from the front desk all the way to the technicians and the doctor, and back out the door everyone is so friendly! They truly uplift my spirits when I come in! I have 8 AM appointments so you already know that I’m pretty sleepy and no coffee as well… so yeah. I can still tell they are always happy and super caring. They are always willing to answer questions I have. The service is so fast, i’d wait less than three minutes literally three minutes Or less! my appointments start to finish last about 25 minutes, the rest is just me asking questions and making sure I understand everything. I was nervous about getting Invisalign however Dr. Crosby and Dr. Stein (I hope I got his name right) assured me the process would be easy and it really is. More

Hands down best service , I had came from California and I had braces for 9 YEARS, had to take them off myself because my insurance in California wouldn’t accept so they wouldn’t even see me , other dentistry would also reject me or wouldn’t even give me a cleaning and take the cement off my teeth ! Absolutely amazing customer service from the receptionists. One in particular was so friendly and made sure everyone was taken care of. There were a few problems with the schedulers but other than that great experience. The area looked nice as well. I didn’t get my teeth worked on, just sat in the waiting room for my partner to get done but I enjoyed myself. They also have arcade machines but they’re down bc Covid 👎🏽 the orthodontics is pretty close to the main dentist as well so you don’t have to go far. More

Went for my ortho consult today and everything went so smoothly, Brigette was wonderful and explained everything to me. The assistants were also great! They put my braces on same day, I left with a goodie bag and everything! More

Hands down my favorite place with my favorite people. I went there to get braces and from the moment I walked in the door I felt like family. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Jena was the one who tighten my braces today and her energy was the same full of life and joy (and she is no longer shook😂) I don’t even feel like I have braces she is amazing at her job and very down to earth you should definitely ask for her when you go to this location.BUT wait there’s more the whole team is incredible Tasha has a energy that makes you smile regardless plus she knows nice shoes when she sees them and Stef she’s awesome she’s pays attention to your interest she makes sure you are comfortable and she is a joy to be around everyone at this location feels like family. The location was very nice and I had a more than pleasant visit!!! It was a bit difficult to find if you've never been there before, but we ended getting there! I felt welcome as soon as I walked in, it definitely was not your typical dental office. I came in interested in braces and the different options I might have for my son in regards to them. I feel like i wasn't shorted one single detail. The young lady Bridget (sp?), was very helpful in explaining the different options. I felt so good about the process that we felt we had no choice but to start that day! Once my son got back, it seemed as if the initial process was very time efficient. I know nothing about the process of putting braces on, but I figured it would've taken much longer! That was a huge factor for me, it seemed the staff cared about me and my time, which you don't get most places. They made us feel like we were the number one priority! According to my son, Jenna was simply outstanding, he said has ever felt so comfortable in a dental office. (And this HUGE, because this boy fears the school nurse) lol. He went on and on about how nice and "cool" she was and she made him feel good about being there. I think this is a huge testament to her outstanding customer service. When I spoke with her, I could instantly tell that he didn't just maybe have a crush, she was so informative and made sure he knew how to take care of his new hardware, I think she made him very aware of how to take care of them and he now knows what to eat and not to eat! So hopefully he listens and we only have to come in for our scheduled appointments. Overall it was a outstanding experience, I will be telling anyone and everyone I know about Orthodontics at Mint, and I will definitely be bringing my other children in for braces when it is their turn!!! Great group of dentist, dental assistants and hygienist, they do a great job, always professional, caring and yes they do stand behind their work. I truly get my monies worth here. I will not go anywhere else again, I will keep PPO insurance so that I don't have to go to any of the thrifty nickel dental offices that treat you like a third class citizen if you have HMO insurance, which is truly a shame, because sometimes all you can afford is HMO. So shame on the dentist that treat others bad based on how much they can or better yet can't make from their service. You go MINT..... I love the service you provide keep up the good work. My cleaning, polish and floss done by JaQuaye was really awesome! Initially came for a braces consult and was able to receive the consult, cleaning, and mold for whitening trays all in one visit. I just seem to find something more to love about MINT every time I visit! Keep up the great job guys! More
